Monkey Face and Bird Back are from the Osa Wildlife Sanctuary. Where the wild things are.  In cages.  Lizard Man, well, we almost stepped on him barefoot walking home from our afternoon stay at the cantina. Flower Head lives in the cloud forest of Santa Elena.
